How do I find the correct size for Puro® products?
Most products are true to size. Puro® provides a detailed size chart on our website. Measure yourself according to our guidelines, considering chest, waist, hips, and inseam measurements. Size charts are located on the product page right under product title. Our size charts can recommend you based off your measurements what size is most suitable for you. If you’re unsure, reach out to our customer support for personalized assistance.
Is there free shipping?
Yes! Puro® offers free worldwide shipping for orders over 100€.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship out next business day then it takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery (may take a little longer depending on location)
Does Puro® ship internationally?
Yes! Puro® provides worldwide shipping. Shipping costs vary based on your location, and orders over 100€ qualify for free shipping.
Are duties and taxes included on my order?
EUROPEAN UNION
We cover all duties & taxes on EU orders. Please note that some countries may require you to provide additional customs information to our carriers in order to receive your order.
USA & CANADA
We cover all duties & taxes on US and Canadian orders. Please note that carriers may require you to provide additional customs information in order to receive your order.
UNITED KINGDOM
Duties and taxes do not apply.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL
For orders outside of the territories listed above - duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Some countries may require you to provide additional customs information to our carriers in order to receive your order.

What is the return policy?
WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES OR GIVE STORE CREDIT.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I customize my Puro® order?
Unfortunately, Puro® does not offer customization for individual orders. However, their limited-edition designs are meticulously crafted to stand out.
Are Puro® products restocked?
No, Puro® products are limited edition, and there are no restocks. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!
Are Puro® products unisex?
Yes! Many of Puro®’s designs are gender-neutral, allowing everyone to express their unique style.
